We had an electrical outage very late at night. Michael answered all my messages and made time for me and my family and assisted us early in the morning. We have kids and couldn’t be without electricity. He truly cared about our needs and assisted in everything and explained to us what happened he is very professional and is a man of his word. I had sparks & flames coming from behind my washer with smoke filling my home. I shut off the breaker and unplugged my washing machine, believing the fire came from behind the washer. I'd already ordered a new washer & was preparing to order a matching dryer when I called Optimus. Mike came that afternoon & determined it was an electrical fire from the outlet. I cancelled my order and saved $1400 that day, as well as plans to getting my home up to code with GFCI receptacles throughout, preventing a potential fire in the future.
